The tools on the Site are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the output of any tool (for example converted text, generated code, compressed images or calculated values) for any lawful purpose without attribution.

- attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security or availability, including by automated scraping at a rate that burdens the service;
- copy, reproduce or redistribute the Site's tools, code or written content as your own;

We take care to make every tool accurate and every guide correct, and we describe the method each tool uses so you can verify results yourself. However, the tools are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. Results may contain errors, and different standards or platforms may apply different rules. 3. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text, graphics and the selection and arrangement of its content are owned by ToolkitJar or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Tool and platform names mentioned on the Site (such as Google, Instagram, YouTube, X or LinkedIn) are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used only to describe the purpose of a tool, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
You retain all rights to the content you enter into the tools. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive that content.
4. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own content. Clicking an advertisement takes you to a third-party site that is not controlled by us. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalised ads.

The Site may link to external websites. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, products or practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToolkitJar operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
