Who is responsible
ToolkitJar is built and maintained by Ubaidullah. Ubaidullah decides what is published and is responsible for its accuracy. Questions and corrections go through the contact page.
How tools are built and tested
- Every tool is software that runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded to our servers.
- Before a tool is published, its results are compared with independently calculated values, including edge cases such as empty input, very large input, negative numbers and unusual characters.
- Tools are checked on desktop and mobile screen sizes in a real browser.
- When we describe how a result is calculated, the explanation on the page matches what the tool actually does.
How written content is made, and how AI is used
The explanations, worked examples and guides on this site are drafted with the help of AI writing tools. We say so openly. AI drafts are then checked before publication:
- Numbers and formulas are verified by calculating them independently, not taken on trust.
- Standards, platform limits and policies (for example character limits or file-format rules) are checked against the official source where we can reach it, and pages show a "last updated" date so you can see how fresh the information is. Where something could not be confirmed, the page says so instead of stating it as fact.
- Filler and repetition are removed. Each page should teach something specific to that tool.

Independence
We do not accept payment to change how a tool works or what a guide says. Advertising appears on the site and is clearly labelled; advertisers have no influence over content. If affiliate links are ever added, they will be disclosed on the page where they appear.
